The Essentials of Community Medicine along with PGME organizes Seventh National-Level Online Mock Practical Exams of Community Medicine designed for MD/DNB postgraduate students. These exams aim to provide a real-time experience of final practical exams while fostering skill enhancement in case presentations, viva discussions, and practical assessments.
Each examinee presents an assigned detailed case.
Sessions include:
Observers receive access to case materials for learning purposes.
Complete the registration form by providing your basic information.
Your details will be reviewed, and upon approval, you will receive a confirmation of your role as an examiner
Once confirmed, you will be added to the official WhatsApp group to receive updates, schedules, and additional instructions related to your role.
Examiners must adhere to the agreed schedule and notify PGME of any changes at least 10 days in advance.
In case of withdrawal, examiners are required to arrange for a suitable replacement and inform PGME promptly
Examiners will evaluate their assigned sections only, such as case discussions, OSCE, Grand Viva, or other
subject-specific components.
Feedback must be constructive and shared during the reflection sessions to help examinees improve.
PGME retains exclusive rights to all session recordings.
Recordings may be used for educational or promotional purposes with appropriate attribution.
Examiners are prohibited from sharing, altering, or distributing session recordings or materials without prior
consent from PGME.
Examiners must maintain professionalism and impartiality during all interactions.
Any form of misconduct may result in disqualification from current and future PGME programs.
Examiners will receive remuneration upon successful completion of their responsibilities.
Examiners will receive certificate upon successful completion of their responsibilities.
All official communications, reminders, and updates will be sent via email or the designated WhatsApp group.
Examiners must ensure they join the WhatsApp group upon registration.
If an examiner cannot attend a session, they must propose a replacement and communicate the change to PGME
at least 10 days prior.
Examiners are expected to familiarize themselves with the cases or scenarios assigned to them prior to the
session.
Participation in a pre-session orientation is mandatory to ensure smooth workflow
Examiners must submit evaluations and feedback promptly to the organizing team.
Constructive suggestions for improving future sessions are encouraged.
Examiners withdrawing from their role without proper notice may forfeit their eligibility for future PGME
programs.
