Examinees are postgraduate medical residents who actively participate in the online practical exams by presenting cases, engaging in viva discussions, and receiving feedback to enhance their skills and preparedness for final practical exams. Examinees are entitled to two key benefits as part of the PGME program: participation in the Contact Sessions for preparation and the Final Mock Practical Exams for real-time assessment.

Examinees will have access to recordings of the sessions until July end 2025 for review and self-assessment.
Recordings of the sessions will remain the exclusive property of PGME.
PGME retains the rights to distribute, modify, or repurpose the recordings for educational or promotional purposes.
Examinees are prohibited from sharing, distributing, or recording any part of the sessions.
Examinees who withdraw from the exams at any stage will forfeit their right to participate in the final mock practical exam as examinee and observer both.
Examinees who fail to submit the cases before alloted dates will forfeit their right to participate in the final mock practical exam as examinee and observer.
No refunds will be provided for examinees who withdraw from the exam.
Examinees are required to conduct themselves professionally during all sessions.
Any misconduct or breach of guidelines may result in immediate removal from the program without a refund.
Only one device per participant is permitted for accessing the exam sessions.
Sharing access credentials is strictly prohibited.
All official communications, including reminders and updates, will be sent via email or the official WhatsApp group.
Examinees must ensure they are part of the designated WhatsApp group upon registration.
