6. Intellectual Property Rights
- All content including videos, lectures, notes, documents, branding, software, and designs are the exclusive intellectual property of PGME.
- Users are granted a limited, personal, non-transferable license for learning purposes only.
- Unauthorized copying, sharing, distribution, or resale is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

- Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

8. Limitation of Liability
- PGME shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from:

- Liability for declined transactions due to bank limits or security restrictions is expressly excluded.
